Memorial services for Phyllis Ann Jetton Underwood, 67, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Jimmy Keith will officiate.

Mrs. Underwood passed away Friday, July 22, 2016 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born July 24, 1948 in Ada to Jack and Alice Coulson Jetton. She graduated from Latta High School.

She married James Underwood. He preceded her in death May, 1986. Mrs. Underwood was a homemaker, a member of the Ada First Assembly of God Church and had volunteered for Christ for Recovery.

Survivors include three sons, James Underwood and wife Meghan of Ada, Faron Underwood and wife Kelly of Ardmore and Jack Underwood of Ada; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jo McNeill and husband Phillip of Stonewall and Stella Walker and husband Lloyd of Mounds.
