Georgia Veta Harness died Monday, March 1, 2004, at age 83.
Born June 26, 1920, in Ada, Okla., Mrs. Harness was the daughter of the late William and Isabel Dunham. She was a homemaker and a home health care nurses aid for her adult life.
Survivors include her son, Ron Westbrook and wife Maggie of Paradise; daughters, Joyce McMath of Mulberry, Alaska, Patricia Lewis of Corning, Renee Moore and husband Victor Tabelin of Chiloquin, Ore., and Karma Ferguson and husband John Brann of Robbins; son-in-law, Mike Daniels of Mulberry, Alaska; sisters, Agnes Manley of Morro Bay and Nadine Howard of Bakersfield; grandchildren, Joy, Rocky, Nancy, Shawn, Regina, Linda, Kathy, Chad, Teresa, Suzi, Jackee and Ryan; and great-grandchildren, Brent, Taylor, Joshua, Timothy, Lydia, Robin, Miranda, Scotty, Ross, Neven, D.J., Justin, Bradley, Kayla, Katlyn, Jacob, Colton and Matthew. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Beverly Daniels, daughter-in-law, Gladys Westbrook; son-in-laws, Clyde McMath and Vern Lewis; grandson, Darren Flanagan; and long time partner Jim Alexander.
The family requests memorials be directed to Valley Hospice, 319 G St., Marysville 95901. Arrangements are under the direction of McNary's Chapel of Woodland.
Services: A graveside service is scheduled at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 13, at Arroyo Grande Cemetery.
