William Temple Farmer

Memorial services for William Temple Farmer, 83, of Ada will be at a later date.

Mr. Farmer passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at a local nursing home. He was born January 5, 1934 at Gaar Corner, west of Ada to Willie Lee and Emma Reed Farmer.

He married Virginia Marie West October 8, 1962. She preceded her in death October 2011. Mr. Farmer was a feed mill employee. Later, he owned and operated a lawn care service here in Ada.

Survivors include three daughters, Tammy Canada and husband Jon, Vicki Humphrey and Julie Wood; a son, Eric Farmer and wife Kerri; a brother, Laverne Farmer of Davis; one sister, Janie Roach and husband David of Groesbeck, TX; nine grandchildren, Brian and Lyndsey Humphrey, Taylor and Logan Wood, Masion and Kylie Farmer, Ashley and Jussely Canada and Cailee Kinder and husband Ryan; three great-grandchildren, Kayden Bolles, Boadie Manuel and Jaelyn Long.

He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
