Services for Trenna Larue West, 73, Ada, are 2:00 p.m Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Floyd Kaiser and Bobby Johns will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakman Cemetery.

Mrs. West died Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at her home. She was born November 5, 1936 at Ada, Oklahoma to Albert Euel and Ila Mae Pendergrass Pevehouse. She was a lifelong resident of the Byng and Ada areas graduating from Byng High School in 1955.

She married Bobby Glen West on February 17, 1956 at Oakman. Mrs. West was employed with Owen-Brockway Glass Company for 32 years retiring in November 1991. She was employed with J. C. Penney from December 1991, retiring in October 2001. She was also employed with Dunlaps from their opening in March 2002 until 2005. Mrs. West was a member of Southwest Church of Christ and she volunteered at the Ada Retirement and Care Center.

Survivors include a daughter, Glenda West, Ada; a granddaughter, Christa Smith and husband Jarod, Ada; and two great granchildren, Kaylei and Blak Smith of Ada.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Ila Pevehouse; two brothers, Billy Joe and Vernon Pevehouse; and a sister, Wilma Joyce Pevehouse.

Bearers will be Roger Lancaster, Lonnie Manuel, Eugene Cannon, Jim Begin, Bill Barrett and Daryl Pults. Honorary bearers will be Stanley Lillard and Reese Scott.
