Services for Glenella Joiec Smith, 77, of San Antonio, NM, formerly of Ada at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Ricky Riddle and Don Fisher will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakman Cemetery.

Mrs. Smith went to be with the Lord Monday, August 1, 2016 at her home. She was surrounded by family and good friends. She was born November 2, 1938 in Stonewall, OK to Charley Franklin and Ora Elizabeth Stillwell Chronister. She attended McLish and Ada grade schools and Ada High School. She also attended East Central University and studied accounting.

She married Doyle W. Smith April 14, 2001 in Ada. Mrs. Smith was a bookkeeper at Mobile Materials for 16 years and other jobs including general bookkeeping.

She was saved at the age of 13, failed a few years and returned to God in 1986. She has served Him faithfully since.

She is survived by her husband, Doyle, of the home; her children, Dane Metcalfe and Nora Ray; her granddaughter, Jody Shook; step-children, Crystal Roppel, Karen Dial, Gale Whitson, Audra Shelton, Calvin Smith, Doyle Smith Jr., Gina Smith, Travis Smith, Jamie Cowden and Cinnamin Cox.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Melvin Clifton, Lillian Alliene, Rudolph Lafayette, Audrey May, Billy Ray, Charley Franklin Jr., and Bobby Lee.

Bearers will be Bronson Roppel, Aaron Dial, Doyle Smith and Calvin Smith.
