Services for Harold Gene McGee, 80, Ada, are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Revs. Jimmy Hoffman and Dennis Tate will officiate. Burial will follow at Oakman Cemetery .

Mr. McGee died Monday, December 29, 2008 at a local hospital. He was born May 6, 1928 at Maud, Oklahoma to Claud and Nola Kelly McGee. He attended Maud schools.

He married Billie Brown in 1947. Mr. McGee and his family moved to Ada about 1969 from Texas. He was a truck driver and later a heavy equipment mechanic until retirement. Mr. McGee was a member of Homer Baptist Church and had served in the U. S. Army.

Survivors include his wife, Billie McGee, of the home; a son, Ron McGee and wife Diana, Ada; a brother, Bobby McGee and wife Peggy, Muleshoe, TX; a grandson, Michael McGee and wife Lynaea, Ada; granddaughter, Caron Deviney and husband Mike, Maysville; and four great grandchildren, Austin and Jaden McGee and Zane and Devin Deviney.
