Graveside services for Richard Don "Rick" Humphrey, 60, Ada, are 2 p.m. Monday at Oakman Cemetery , the Rev. David Gray will officiate.

Mr. Humphrey died Friday, March 20, 2009, at his home. He was born July 12, 1948, at Ada to Jewel and Bobbie Singleton Humphrey.

He attended Ada schools and attended East Central University. Mr. Humphrey had been a staff member of the American Red Cross and an instructor for CPR and also an employee of Experience Works. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He attended Trinity Baptist Church.

He married LaDonna Lee Dec. 4, 1969. She died Jan. 7, 2004.

Survivors include two sons, Chris Humphrey, Ada and Randy Humphrey, Ada; a stepdaughter, Kim Zilem, Ada; a stepson, Wayne Lee, Ada; a brother, Randy Humphrey, Safford, Ariz.; and eight grandchildren.
