Services for Betty King Williams, 77, of Shawnee are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Rollow Chapel of the First United Methodist Church in Ada, Rev. David Daniel will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was born June 4, 1938 in Temple, Texas to Samuel Harry and Loreeta Vyrl Dyer King. She graduated from high school in Temple, TX in 1956.
She married L. T. Williams, Jr. January 24, 1958 in San Angelo, TX. Mrs. Williams was a bank manager and loan officer for MidFirst Bank in Pauls Valley until her retirement. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ada.
Survivors include her husband, L. T., of the home; her children, Steven T. Williams and wife Lydia of College Station, TX, Malinda Choate and husband Kenny of Ada and Kyle Williams and wife Stacy of Edmond; eight grandchildren, Dillon, Shiloh and Lakota Williams, Randy Choate and wife Jennifer, Lisa Norton and husband Michael, Mark Choate and his fiancé, Samantha, Claire Williams and Austin Williams; six great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Joan Snyder.
Bearers will be Randy Choate, Mark Choate, Kenny Choate, Michael Norton, Gary Wood and Shiloh Williams.
