Graveside services for Phyllis Lamoin Kerr, 82, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Gary Caldwell will officiate.
Phyllis was born January 11, 1939 in Jesse, OK to C.H. (Chuck) and Lydia Eubank.
Phyllis went to meet her Lord and Savior on October 3, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her mom and dad, her brother L.C. Eubank, her sister Bunny Brewer and a granddaughter Johnna Lynn Kerr.
In 1959 she was wed to John Kerr; her husband of 62 years. Their children are Kerry Kerr and wife Becky of Carl Junction, MO. and Kelly Kerr and wife Gene Ann Kerr of Stillwater, OK. Phyllis was blessed with grandchildren: Holly Karhoff and husband Geoff of Garden City, KS. and their children Brady Karhoff and Madison Jo Karhoff. Hannah Salas and husband Matthew of Hobbs, NM. Julia Ann Kerr of Stillwater, OK. and John A. Kerr of Norman, OK.
Phyllis was a homemaker. She enjoyed singing in the church choir. She was very creative and enjoyed sewing, decorating and crafts. She cohosted many Scripture Memory Courses with her husband John in their home and was spiritual mom to many young pastors. These young pastors often referred to her home as church.
She was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by them. She can never be replaced in this life, but she lives on in the lives of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
