Lela Mae Delozier first and foremost was a mother who loved unconditionally. A wife, a grandmother, a most supportive friend. She could and did most anything to provide for her family who was everything to her.
Graveside services for Lela Mae Delozier, 93, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Coy Howry will officiate.
Mrs. Delozier passed away Monday, April 1, 2024 at her home. She was born April 1, 1931 in Whitefield, Oklahoma to Oscar Lee and Tola Butler Newton.
She married Claude Delozier August 10, 1954. He preceded her in death April 1, 2009. Mrs. Delozier was a homemaker.
Survivors include four sons, Earl Delozier and wife Pam of Ada, Claude Delozier and wife Darla of Midland, TX, Larry Delozier and wife Jeanne of Garrett, Indiana, and Darrell Gene Delozier of Ada; three daughters, Patty Howry and husband Coy of Ada, Lela Delozier of Shawnee, and Connie Campbell of Ada; two sisters, Jenny Berryman of Ada and Sue Jones of Ninnekah; 34 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren; and 34 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Claudine Sizemore; seven sons, Clifford Delozier, Johnny Delozier, Don Delozier, Roger Delozier, E. M. Delozier, Lee Delozier and Jackie Delozier; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
