Services for Brenda Elaine Deaton, 58, of Ada are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. John Henry Lippard will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Deaton passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at an Ardmore hospital. She was born June 25, 1957 at Bakersfield, CA to Andrew and Bertie Roark Deaton. She attended school in Bakersfield, CA. Mrs. Deaton retired as a restaurant cook.

Survivors include a son, Shane Cantrell and his wife Christy of Blanchard; her father, Andrew Deaton of Ada; two brothers, Terry Deaton and his wife Shirley of Tennessee and Ron Deaton and his wife Shanda of Ada; and three grandchildren, Courtney, Christopher and Ashley Cantrell.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Bertie Deaton; her husband, Robert Moran; and her brother, Robert Deaton.

Bearers will be Wayne Masoner, Fred Parsons, Jack Magar, Bud Estes and Roger Reeves. Honorary bearers will be Paul Murphy, Gene Maddox and Joe Summers Obituaries may be viewed and online condolences sent to criswellfh.com.
