Graveside services for Terry Cushman, 65, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Steve Wilburn will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 12 at Criswell Funeral Home.
Mr. Cushman died Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at his home. He was born October 2, 1956 in Ada, OK to Bobby and Letha Nadine Kindrick Cushman. He graduated from Vanoss High School. Mr. Cushman was a self-employed oil field pumper.
Survivors are his father, Bobby Cushman; one brother, Robert Cushman; and one sister, Pam Putt.
