Jackie Gene "Jack" Cushman

Services for Jackie Gene (Jack) Cushman, 81, of Stonewall are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Cushman passed away Monday, October 28, 2019 at an Ada assisted living center. He was born July 6, 1938 at Ada to Roy and Evelyn Turnpaugh Cushman.

Mr. Cushman worked in the oilfield industry as a pumper for Stephenson Oil Co. and had also been a crew foreman.

Survivors include three brothers, Bob Cushman, Scott Cushman and Don Cushman, all of Ada; one sister, Betty Smith, Ada; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Jo Cushman; and two brothers, Royce Cushman and Paul Cushman.

Bearers will be his nephews.
