Graveside services for Martha (Biggs) Byrd, 82, of Gaar Corner are 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 31, 2023 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Rev. Travis Muse will officiate.

Mrs. Byrd passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Oklahoma City. She was born April 20, 1940 in Tishomingo, OK to Allen and Fannie Mae Mitchell Biggs.

She married Floyd William Byrd, Jr., October 20, 1961. Mrs. Byrd worked for AT&T for many years.

She is survived by her husband, of the home; and four sisters, Katherine Rowe and husband Regie of Stratford, Karen Chilcoat and husband Frank of Garland, TX, Kathleen Lamb and husband Byron of Stratford, and Eileen Banks and husband Roy of Golden, CO. Martha is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister and brother-in-law, Hazel Miller and husband Jim.
