Services for Rev. Benny Boeck, 85, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Faith Assembly of God Church, Revs. Toby Willoughby and Wesley Martin will officiate. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Rev. Boeck passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at his home. He was born February 23, 1934 at Tribbey to John Edward and Hattie Florence Mitchell Boeck. He graduated from Tribbey High School.
He married Naomi Ruth Adamson June 6, 1953 at Belle Plaine, KS. Rev. Boeck was a minister for over 50 years, serving with prison ministry for 40 years. He received a 50 year pin from the Assembly of God Church in Fittstown. Rev. Boeck served as the Fire Chief for Fittstown Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Boeck, of the home; his children, Denise Gomés, Janette Estes and husband Daniel, Jonathan David Boeck and wife Jennifer and Sarah Ann Francois and husband Henry; a brother, Lester Dewitt Boeck and wife Sonja; his grandchildren, Robert Estes, Cary Estes, Latisha Brantley, Rebecca Pursiville, Kaitlyn Francois, Brady Boeck and Nathan Boeck; and eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter, Brenda Boeck.
Bearers will be Robert Estes, Cary Estes, Tristan Brantley, Brady Boeck, Daniel Estes and Reno Dye. Honorary bearers will be Nathan Boeck, Randy Brown and Mike Carr.
