Services for Sidney Sherwood Manuel, 86, of Ada, are 2:00 PM Monday, February 26, 2024, at A Place of New Hope Calvary Church, Bro. Toby Willoughby will officiate. Burial will follow at Maxwell Cemetery.
Mr. Manuel passed away Wednesday, February 21, 2024, in Seminole. He was born May 24, 1937 in Ada, to Sidney and Lillian Shaver Manuel.
On December 22, 1956 her married Marvine Abbott. She preceded him in death on February 4, 2019. Mr. Manuel was a bus driver for Ada City Schools.
He is survived by his four sons, Rick Manuel and Skylar, Steve Manuel and Cathy, Frant Manuel, and Brent Manuel and Sandra; three grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Mr. Manuel was preceded in death by his wife; parents; brother, Elmer Manuel; five sisters, Roe Hardcastle, Syble Davis, Donna Allen, Margaret Sellers, and Kay Webb; and granddaughter, Sydni Manuel.
Bearers are Anthony Webb, Chip Davis, Brian Webb, Mark Allen, Kevin Lewis, and Dalton Lewis.
