Services for Roy Lynn Wofford, 58, Alderson, are 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Revs. Glen Russell and Gene Sluder officiating. Burial follows at Lula Cemetery in Lula, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Wofford died on Sunday, September 11, 2011, at McAlester hospital. He was born August 12, 1953, in Ada to William Earl and Juanita Williams Wofford. He graduated from Allen High School in 1971. He served in the Oklahoma National Guard, worked as a sales representative for Key energy, and was a member of the Elks Lodge. Survivors include a son, Chris Wofford and wife Jeanie, Preston, Oklahoma; daughter, Kerri West and husband Ernie, Canyon, Texas; son, Jamie Wofford and wife Brandi, Indianola, Oklahoma; brother, Harold Ray Wofford and wife Brenda, Allen; sister, Billie Doris Russell and husband Glen, Farris; 5 grandchildren, Timothy Blake McCullah, James Daniel Wofford, Jeffrey Allen Wofford, Easton Tade West and Nathan Lee West; and other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Winfred Earl Wofford and Gary Dean Wofford.

Bearers are Shawn Wofford, Ross Wofford, Chuck Wofford, Brad Wofford, Craig Wofford, David Wright and Terry Kinyon.
