Services for John Micah Provence, 36, of Roff are 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2018 at the Community Free Will Baptist Church, Rev. John Henry Lippard will officiate. Burial will follow at Lightning Ridge Cemetery.

John Micah Provence passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 near Ada. He was born November 12, 1981 at Oklahoma City to Mickey Dale and Debra Gayle Caton Provence.

John graduated from Roff High School and was a mechanic for Rocky Ridge Power Sports. He was a member of Lightning Ridge Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Makayla Rose Provence, of the home; his parents, Mickey and Debra Provence of Roff; a brother, Bart Conley and wife Mary of Latta; his paternal grandfather, John Provence of Del City; his paternal grandmother, Johnnie Brown of Oklahoma City; and a half-sister, Meghan Herriman.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jim and Wanda Caton.
