Services for Semmie Lou “Bush” Stick, 80 of Ada, will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Chickasaw Community Center, Revs. Don Jacob and Hazel Wallace will officiate. Burial will follow at Kilcrease Cemetery. A wake service will be at the family home, 1300 N. Bolton, Ada, Friday at 7:00 p.m.

Ms. Stick died Monday, October 3, 2016 at a local hospital. She was born June 7, 1936 near Pontotoc to Houston and Martha Punluste Stick. She graduated from Francis High School.

She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

Survivors include two sons, Terry Stick and William Stick: one daughter, Anna Stick and Mike Carnes; sisters, Velma Frazier of Allen, Virgie Frazier of Ada, Barbara Carpenter of Tulsa; grandchildren, Ashley Stick, Shane Stick, Samantha Lewis, Destiny Stick and Kyle Carnes of Ada, Nathan Lewis of Hanna, Neil Lewis of Tulsa, Nyvee Sankadota of Anadarko, Josh Stick of Sayre, and Brittany Bourdeau of Kentucky; great-grandchildren, Haily, Kylea, Isabella Alexander, Jayden Wade Miller, Ethan Dean Pierce and Jayden Bourdeau.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Roger Stick; two brothers, Houston Jr. and Billy Stick and one sister Martha Hawkins.

Bearers will be Daniel Frazier, Mark Frazier, George Frazier, Gabriel Frazier, Ronald Frazier and Chris Vann. Honorary bearers will be Chris Ott, Jimmy Ireland, Nathan Lewis, Neal Lewis, Gerald Carnes and Brian Futischa.
