Services for Martha Ann Hawkins, 64, Ada, are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Chickasaw Nation Community Center. Burial will follow at Kilcrease Cemetery.

Mrs. Hawkins died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014, at her home. She was born March 30, 1950, to Houston and Martha Punluste Stick Sr. She attended Allen High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of High Hill Baptist Church.

She and Joseph “J.C.” Hawkins were married Aug. 21, 1996, at Ada. He died Feb. 7, 2011, at Ada.

Survivors include three daughters, Thalia Walton and husband Jeff McDonald, Darla Walton and husband Ron Ahhaitty and Cynthia Walton and husband Chris Vann; 10 grandchildren, Kimberly Walton, Nicholas Walton, Brittany Gillespie, Brandon Markcum, Jaron Ahhaitty, Christopher Allen, Jordan Walton, Felicia McDonald, Jefferson McDonald and Courtney Matheron and husband Jacob Matheron; four great-grandchildren, Mataya Hicks, Israel Matheron, Ariyannna Walker and Aliceanne Matheron; and four siblings, Velma Frazier, Semmie Stick, Barbara Carpenter and Virgie Frazier.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Stick and Houston Stick; and a nephew, Roger “T-Bone” Stick.

Bearers will be Daniel Frazier, Gabriel Frazier, Mark Frazier, Ron Ahhaitty, Chris Vann and Jeff McDonald. Honorary bearers are Ervin Walton, Terry Stick, Shane Stick and William Stick.
