Services for Patricia Ann Weller-Weldon, 70, of Byng are 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Stonewall First Baptist Church, Keith Weldon and Rev. Richard Dickerson will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery, Stonewall. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Criswell Funeral Home.
Patricia passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Ada. She was born January 1st, 1945 in Ada to Dean and Annie Mae Sanders Weller of Jesse.
She worked for many years as a nurse at Oklahoma State School in Pauls Valley, Jan Frances Nursing Home, for a Podiatrist, Dr. Johnston and as a personal care nurse. She loved to serve people. Pat, as many called her, owned a daycare, worked at a convenience store, and at a glass plant in California.
Pat loved the outdoors and her family. Her heart and home were open to any and everyone. Pat never met a stranger, only friends. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her best friend and partner, Jack Boucher; her five children, Rhonda Christian and husband Larry of Stonewall, Janie Curtis and Ted Burns of Byng, Keith Weldon and wife Rayann of Calumet, Lauri Sayre and husband Brett of Byng and Steve Skokos and wife Tonya of Latta; 12 grandchildren, Patricia “Trish” Christian, Heather Christian, Randi Pinley and husband Kevin, Terra Christian, Hannah White and husband Daron, Shelby Grove, Megan Grace and husband Jessy, Lindsey Long and husband Heath, Jordan Curtis, Shay Grove, Sheyanne Grove and Shadley Grove; nine great-grandchildren, Jamison Carrington, Jaxson Christian, Jarritt Allender, Kodie Pinley, Wyaitt Allender, Laila White, Ava Christian, Kurbie Pinley, and on the way, Kallan Long; a sister, Linda Dunlap and husband Ernie, Ada; brother, Danny Weller and wife Norma, Madill; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Annie Weller; and three brothers, Fred Weller, Delbert Weller and Stanley Weller.
Bearers will be Kevin Pinley, Brett Sayre, Jeremy Weller, Bill Franks, Anthony Franks, Shannon Weller, Ernie Dunlap, Jr., and Daniel Weller.
