Wilma Ruth (Wolcott) Sanders

Services for Wilma Ruth Sanders, 87, of Stonewall are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Wendell Ingram and Jesse Stephens will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall.

Mrs. Sanders passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 at her home. She was born at Stonewall in 1928 to James Andrew and Carmen Key Wolcott. She attended grade school in Stonewall and graduated from Coalgate High School.

She married J. K. Sanders December 28, 1946. He preceded her in death December 5, 2013. Mrs. Sanders was a Library Clerk for the Oklahoma City Board of Education for over 20 years. She was a member of the Tupelo Church of Christ.

Survivors include two sons, Alton Sanders of Stonewall and Jack Sanders and wife Connie of Oklahoma City; a grandson, Scott Alan Sanders and wife April of Union Valley; and three great-grandchildren, Jade Elizabeth Sanders, Matthew Dillon Sanders and Emery Elizabeth Sanders.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Margie Fuller; and a step-brother, Jack Wolcott.
