Memorial graveside service for Craig Irvin Griffin, 38, of Stonewall are 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Highland Cemetery, Rev. Aaron Ruffin will officiate.

Mr. Griffin died Saturday, June 19, 2021, at his home. He was born August 17, 1982 in Ada to William Chester “Bill or Budrow” and Ruth “Ellen” Griffin. He graduated from Stonewall High School in 2000.

He attended Pontotoc Technology Center and East Central University. Mr. Griffin worked for Conoco in Stonewall, Sykes, KFC, IRT, Stonegate Nursing Home, McCall’s Chapel and Burger King. He loved sports, especially OU football, wrestling, mixed martial arts, superhero comics, video games, action and comedy movies.

Survivors include a daughter, Kendra Ruth Ellen Griffin; brother, William G. Griffin, Jr.; significant other, Marlis D. Osborne; two nieces, Courtney and Chasity; one nephew, William Chester “Trey” Griffin, III; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
