Services for Darrell “Pete” Gene Durant, 74, of Fittstown are 2:00 PM Friday, April 12, 2024 at Fittstown Baptist Church; Rev. Reno Dye will officiate. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.

Mr. Durant passed away April 7, 2024 at his home. He was born February 18, 1950, in Jesse, OK to Charley and Mary Gill Durant. Mr. Durant graduated from McLish High School. On June 29, 1968, he married Sandra Brashier.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra, of the home; son, Darl Durant, of Fittstown; daughter, Gayla LeFlore, of Stonewall; brother, John Milton Durant and his wife, Nona, of Texas; sister, Dorla Blue, of Ft. Worth, TX; and three grandchildren, KraSarah Durant, Montana Durant, and Connor LeFlore.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dan Durant and Glenn Durant; and sister, Clara Sue Coplin.

Bearers are Connor LeFlore, Darl Durant, Montana Durant, Chandler Williams, Randis Gray, and Dakota Brashier. Honorary bearers are David Durant and Brent Durant.
