Barbara Ann (McCollum) Dew

Funeral services for Barbara Ann (McCollum) Dew, a former Stonewall resident, were held Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Unsell officiating. Burial was in Hiland Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Brown's Funeral Service of Coalgate.

Mrs. Dew was born June 20, 1949 in Salinas, CA to Robert Lee and Fannie Mae (Deggraffenreed) McCollum and passed away October 2, 2010 in Madill, OK at the age of 61. She attended Coalgate High School and graduated in 1968. Barbara was packing clerk for Prepaid Legal.

Survivors include her children, Paula Meek and husband Mike of Holdenville,OK and Amie Seals and husband Doug of Madill, OK; grandchildren, Cody Meek, Kasey Meek, Emmi Meek all of Holdenville, Ke'Ven Davis, Shauntel Davis, Keenan Davis and Darius Seals all of Madill; sisters, Pat Coleman and husband Lewis of Coalgate and father of her children, Larry Davis of Tishomingo; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Jane Priest, Quanda "Satch" Ogles and Robin Lamoni.

Casketbearers were Bill McCollum, Dakota McCollum, Brandon Lamoni, Larry McCollum, Justin Pebworth, Colby Lackey and Jansyn Pebworth. Honorary bearers were Don McCollum, Patrick McCollum, and Randy McCollum.
