Graveside services for Joe Bob Davidson, 81, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Highland Cemetery, Rev. Richard Hood will officiate.

Mr. Davidson passed away Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Ada. He was born December 15, 1940 in Ada, OK to Paris H. and Gladys May Turner Davidson.

Mr. Davidson served in the U. S. Army and was later employed, for 32 years, with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and retired as a Zone Commander. He was a devout Christian.

Survivors include two daughters, Melanie Anne Freeman of Ketchum, OK and Terra Jo Blackwell of Choctaw, OK; one son, Joseph Robert Davidson of Choctaw, OK; four grandchildren, Jacob Freeman, Ivalee McDaniel, and Kaleb Blackwell and Cory Blackwell; and two great-grandchildren, Jaxson Cody and Rylann Lovely.

He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Glenn Davidson, Toby Davidson, Hubert Davidson and Jack Davidson and two sisters, Emalene Davidson and Mary Davidson.
