Services for Alice Patricia Cozad, 71, of Stonewall are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Stonewall.

Mrs. Cozad passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 at a Ada hospital. She was born September 18, 1945 in Stonewall to Adolphus and Lula Johnson Brown. She graduated from Tupelo High School and received an Associate degree from Murray State.

She married Jim Cozad and was retired from the U.S. Government I.H.S and later worked for the McAlester Ammunition Depot and was currently with the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Jim, of Krebbs; two sons, Gary Cozad and wife Jenny of Pauls Valley and Greg Cozad of Ada; Five brothers, Leon Brown and wife Sandra of Union Valley, Kennedy Brown and wife Richenda of Ada, Louie Brown of Lula, George Brown of Enid and Alfred Brown of Ada; Sister, Joyce Murray and husband Vincent of Lula; Six grandchildren, Brandy Cozad-Marshall, Savannah Cozad, Katherine Cozad, Kinley Cozad, Kiley Cozad and Jonathan Cozad.

Bearers will be Delwayne Johnson, Jay Johnson, Melvin Burris, Mike Self, Bryan Farrell and Travis Crawford. Honorary bearer is nephew, Kelly Brown.
