Graveside services for Zachary Jonothan “Zac” Gore, 30, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Friday at High Hill Cemetery, Rev. Earl Hood will officiate.

Mr. Gore died Saturday, October 24, 2015 at a Seminole hospital. He was born April 18, 1985 in Ada to Phillip Sullivan and Sandra Gore. He attended school in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include a brother, Zebidiah Gore; and his aunts and uncles, Larry and Yvette Gore, Ada, Bryan Alberson, Ardmore, Darryl Gore and Edna Ripley, Stonewall, Matthew Gore and wife Cassandra, Ada, Anthony Gore and wife Brittany, Ada, Teresa Gore, Tipton, CA, Sharon Gore, Tulare, CA, Karen Gore, Stockton, CA and Verna Lacher, Purcell; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, his grandparents, two uncles and two aunts.
