Services for Norma Jean Folsom, 74, of Ada are 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Larry Hawkins will officiate. Burial will follow at High Hill Cemetery. A Wake Service will be 7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel with Timothy Deatherage officiating.
Mrs. Folsom passed away Saturday, December 30, 2017 at her home. She was born May 31, 1943 at Talihina to Jody and Gladys Sampson Mose. She attended the Carter Seminary Indian School at Chilocco.
Mrs. Folsom had been employed in the dry cleaning business until her retirement. She was a member of the Durwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Nora Cully of Oklahoma City, Lance Cully, Shannon Cully, Wylarma Folsom, and Monica Folsom all of Ada; two brothers, Leroy Mose of Ardmore and Hugh Folsom of Oklahoma City; a nephew, Steven Mose; niece, Rhonda Mose; 28 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Charles Folsom; two children, Billy Cully and Faneda Ramirez; a sister, Betty Mose; and two brothers, Alfred Mose and Otis Roberts and his wife Francis.
Bearers will be Justin Lusty, Jarvier Herrerre, Jason Folsom, Amon Walker, Simenuchkee Thomas and Jesse Thomas. Honorary bearers will be Hailie Walker, Colin Walker, Brandon Standifer, Jr., Payton Standifer, Darrian Ramirez, Christopher Cosar, Shelia Lusty, Lee Roy Mose, Hugh “Doc” Folsom, Steven Mose, Brandon Standifer, Jason Walker and Laniya Cosar.
