Philip was born at Fitzhugh to Comer Haskell and Dema Alice (Killian) Webb. He had lived in this area all of his life. He attended school in Fitzhugh. He was an antique collector and collected memorabilia of Audie Murphy (his cousin). He loved using his metal detector. He had worked as a fender and body repairman. He was Veteran of WWII served in the US Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Jimmy & Wylie Webb, and a sister: Linda Kay Brassfield.
Survivors: Special friend and Companion: Peggy Crisp, Daughter: Fonda Kapple of Greenville, Texas, Sons: Raymond Webb of Lake Fork, Texas and Dana Keith Webb of Fort Worth, Texas. Sisters & husbands: Barbara Morgan & Jack of Ardmore, Margaret Lackey & Don of Roff. Brother& his wife: Richard Webb & Linda of Fitzhugh. Step-daughters; Linda Porter & Kathy Webb, Step-sons: Bill and Mark Crisp. Several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Services: Friday July 14 at 3:00PM at the Clagg Funeral Chapel with interment in East Hill Cemetery in Roff.
