Services for Lakota Skye Chitto, 26, Ada will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Julienne Judd and Rev. Sharon Yeahquo will officiate. Burial will follow at High Hill Cemetery. A wake service will be held 6 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Criswell Funeral Home.

Ms. Chitto died Thursday, December 28, 2023. She was born November 16, 1997 in Ada to J. P. Chitto and Enriqueta Lufkin.

She was employed with the Chickasaw Nation in youth services and retail. She enjoyed making collages, scrapbooking and her dream was to travel to different places.

Survivors include her father, J. P. Chitto and wife Lori of Ada; her mother, Enriqueta Lufkin of Ada; a son, Ashtyn Chitto of Ada; two brothers, Dravyn Chitto and Jakobi Chitto; two sisters, Jalyne Chitto of Ada and Destin Rogers of Shawnee; maternal grandmother, Eula Lufkin of Ada; aunts and uncles, Steven and Miquela Pinion, Gregory and Lura Allen, Aunt Diandra Lufkin, Uncle Harold Going; and many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Curtis Lufkin and paternal grandfather, Jerry Chitto.

Bearers will be Nathanial Lufkin, Dravyn Chitto, Tyson Going, Greg Allen, Steve Pinion, and Kevin Wisdom. Honorary Bearers will be Jeremy Chitto, Ashtyn Chitto, Jeff Ponkilla, Alethia Martin and Kendell Chitto.
