Services for Gary Wayne Fox, 49, of Ada are 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Egypt Cemetery.

Mr. Fox died Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Ada. He was born January 1, 1968 in Talahina to Leonard and Dorothy Lee Underwood Fox.

He married Roxanne Fox in 1986. She preceded him in death. He was affiliated with H2O church.

Survivors include five children, Shandi Martin and husband Marty of Ada, Ashley Fox of Sherman, Tx, Mandy Fox of Ada, Austin Fox of Ada and Shelby Fox of Ada; grandchildren, Christina Fox, Keith Martin, Kade Martin, and Jeffrey Arredondo, Jr.; three sisters, Mary Colbert and husband Larry of Fittstown, Vera Lee Simmons and husband Rick of Byng, and Falisha Keel and husband Jeff of Norman; three brothers, Larry Pete Fox and wife Carol of Ada, Bob Fox of Ada, and James Fox and wife Cindy of Spaulding and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Roxanne; granddaughter, Marissa; one sister, Carolyn Fox and one brother, Donald Ray Carmichael.

Bearers will be Kerry Everett, Marty Martin, Bob Fox, Pete Fox, Larry Colbert and Sam James.
