Services for Norma Lea Southerland, 85, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Charles Teel will officiate. Burial will follow at Dolberg Cemetery near Roff. The family will receive friends 9:00 a.m. Monday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Southerland passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016 at her home. She was born July 8, 1930 in Roff to Troy and Ruby Hackworth Williams. She graduated from Roff High School.

She married Johnie E. Southerland March 29, 1952 in Ada. He preceded her in death January 14, 1995. Mrs. Southerland retired from Brockway Glass Plant in Ada. She was a member of College Heights Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Alvin Southerland and his wife Jeannie of Kennesaw, GA, and Keith Southerland and his wife Mary of Ada; five grandchildren, Heather Kelly, Waco, TX, Nicole Botello, Kennesaw, GA, and Justin Southerland, Kayla Southerland and Krista Kercheval, all of Ada; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two brothers, Thurman Williams and Leon Williams.

The family expresses their appreciation for the care given by McCortney Family Hospice.
