Services for Donald Wayne May, 72, of Ada, are 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 10, 2021 at Criswell Chapel, Rev. Steve Wilburn will officiate. Burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. May passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 in Sulphur. He was born March 7, 1949 in Blythe, CA, to Clifford H. and Henryetta “Retta” Jane Carter May.
He married Frankie Lynn Duty in Ada on October 5, 1973. Mr. May was a truck driver and served in the United States Army.
Survivors are his wife of the home; four daughters, Misty Lynn May, Ada, Amanda Dawn Brock and Fiancé Thomas Gustin, Ada, Janie Loch and husband Michael, Byng, and Cassie May, Ada; one brother, Roy May, Allen; two sisters, Nancy Poplin, Del City, and Ginger Knighten and husband Gale, Allen; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Frankie May and Andy May; and three sisters, Cora Cox, Darlene Cash and Linda Howard.
Bearers are David Howard, Dennis Poplin, Tommy Poplin, Terry Beach, Jake Guinn, and Billy Cash. Honorary bearers are Gale Knighten, Cecil Howard, Lenny Hodge, Jamie Hodge, and Jack Loch.
