Services for Dorothy Lee Clark, 93, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Ada is 12:00 Noon Saturday at the Reaper Baptist Church in Ada, Rev. Tony Wise will officiate. Burial will follow at Athens Cemetery.

Mrs. Clark passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at her home. She was born January 29, 1924 in Latta to Samuel and Sylvia Brown Faster. She was the baby of five who all preceded her in death. She attended school at Athens and obtained her GED.

Dorothy Lee was married to Wille Halcomb to which this union a child was born. She later married Freddie Clark, Sr. April 1950 in Ada to which two children were born. He preceded her in death November 1978 in Ada.

Dorothy Lee was baptized at an early age and attended Athens Church. In 1950, Dorothy joined Reaper Baptist Church and was a very active member. She was Church clerk, Mission President, Trustee Board Member, Deaconess and Superintendent of the Sunday School. She was a faithful member until she moved to Oklahoma City with her daughter and attended Voice of Praise Baptist Church.

Dorothy Lee was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Clark, Sr, her son, Freddie Clark, Jr., and her daughter, Charles Clark Williamson.

She leaves to mourn her daughter, Mary Black and her husband Clayton of Oklahoma City; daughter, Gale Clark of Ada; grandsons, Derrick Halcomb, Rockwall, TX, Kerry Halcomb and wife Catherine, Scottsdale, AZ, and Brent Clark, Ada; her granddaughters, Sammie Berus and husband Chris of Arkansas, and Hope Elizabeth Williamson of Dallas, TX; ten great-grandchildren, Anecia, Travis, Italy, Derrick, Jr., Jordan, Broc, Kennedy, Bianca, Claiborne and Jade; one great-great-grandchild, Kourie; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bearers will be Derrick Halcomb, Kerry Halcomb, Brent Clark, Kirk Blue, Donald Booker, Chris Berus, Chad Blue and Harvey Gray.
