Memorial Services for Darrel Wayne Raney, 48, of Ozark, Arkansas, formerly of Allen and the Ada area, are 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 25th, at the Allen Cemetery. Rev. Dean Stone will officiate. The family will receive friends after the memorial service at the Allen Masonic Lodge.

Mr. Raney died Sunday, March 12, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was born April 17, 1968 in Ada to Paul A. Raney and Linda Gray Knickmeyer.

He was a welder’s helper doing pipeline construction and a member of local union #798 in Tulsa, OK.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Gray Knickmeyer of Ada; three brothers, Rick Raney and wife Patricia of Wilburton, Ragan Knickmeyer and wife Rachel of Ada and Randy Raney and wife Candice of Red Oak; two nieces, Cheyenne Raney of Wilburton and Miranda Raney of Red Oak; four nephews, Clay Raney of Wilburton, Levi Carter, Riley Knickmeyer and Wyatt Knickmeyer of Ada; friends, Dave and Sharla Holtz of Ozark, AR and numerous relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Raney; step-mother, Diane Raney; step-sister, Gena Raney; nephew, Logan Raney; grandparents, Jack and Opal Raney, and David and Bertha Gray.
