Graveside services for Spur Ward Ketchum, infant son of Mike and Tammy Ward Ketchum of Allen are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Allen Cemetery, Ed Rutherford will officiate.

The infant was born and died Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at an Ada hospital.

Survivors include his parents, Mike and Tammy Ketchum of Allen; his grandparents, Sandy and Bucky Ward of Lula, James Ketchum and wife Stephanie of McAlester and Paulette and Ken Virrill of Indiana; his great-grandmother, Peggy Phifer of Lula; great-grandparents, Dean and Faye Ketchem of McAlester; two aunts, Linsey Blessing of Lula and Susan Ketchum of Waggoner; cousins, Dillon and Bryar Blessing both of Lula.
