Services for Debra Raye (Cagle) Frazier, 55 of Allen, are 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Richmond Avenue Free Will Baptist Church, Rev. Buddy Drake will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery.

Ms. Frazier died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her home. She was born November 29, 1960 in Ada to Jackie Ray and Lily Mae Cosper Cagle. She graduated from Allen High School.

She received her Bachelor of Science from East Texas Baptist University. Ms. Frazier was a homemaker and Lifeguard in the summer for the Allen public pool.

Survivors include her mother, Lily of Allen; three sons, Brett Melton and wife Jessica of Allen, Derek Melton and wife Rachel of Stonewall, and Dustyn Frazier of Allen; four grandchildren, Tristan Melton, Kye Melton, Eli Melton and Easton Melton; seven aunts; 2 uncles and many other relatives, friends and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father; maternal and paternal grandparents; aunt and uncle Richard and Maxine Bell.

Bearers will be George Frazier, Leif Lowrimore, Trent Hawkins, Greg Dilbeck, Tim Dilbeck and John Burgress.
