Services for Freddie Pierce Cosper, 62, of McLoud are 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Ada, Bro. Lester Mullis will officiate.

Burial will follow at the Allen Cemetery. The U. S. Navy Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Criswell Funeral Home.

Mr. Cosper passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at a Shawnee hospital. He was born April 6, 1954 at Tacoma, Washington to Fred and Donna Brown Cosper. He attended Pharoah, OK schools.

He married Tamela Mullis June 17, 2009. Mr. Cosper served in the U. S. Navy for 24 years as a Navy Chief/Navigator.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy, of the home; his mother, Donna Stanford and her husband Gary of Okemah; his sons, Fred Cosper and wife Sellie and Christopher Cosper, all of California; his daughters, Cheryl Ramos and her husband Rafael and Michelle Cosper, all of California; his step-children, Robert Ford, TX, Laura Young and husband Mark, Ponca City, Ron Sowersby, Oklahoma City and LeCricia Shelton and husband Bryce of Ponca City; a brother, Brian Cosper and wife Anyssa, TX; and sister, Melinda Cosper, CO; two grandchildren, Kayleya and Joy Cosper; his step-grandchildren, Morgan Young, Amarah Young, Gabrielle Young, Cosette Young, Catti-Brie Young, Trinity Ford, Logan Shelton, Landon Shelton, Tristen Shelton and Annabell Shelton.
