Services for Charlotte Drewcilla Tate Clark, 79, of Allen are 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel in Ada, Mark Legg will officiate. Burial will follow at the Allen Cemetery.

Mrs. Clark passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at her home. She was born June 25, 1939 at Allen to Ulys and Ruby Smith Rowsey. She graduated from Allen High School in 1957.

Charlotte married Harold Tate May, 1957 and they had four children, Kim, Kristi, Kevin and Kelly. She later married Edwin Kenneth Clark, Jr. on July 7, 2007. He preceded her in death August 12, 2015. Mrs. Clark had worked for the First National Bank in Ada and Farmers State Bank in Allen. Later, she served as the Clerk for the Town of Allen for many years. She was a member of the Allen Church of Christ.

Survivors include two daughters, Kim Jones and husband Alan of Rush Springs and Kristi Tate and her husband, James Cook of Agra; a son, Kevin Tate and wife Tama of Terrell, TX; a sister, Donna Phillips and husband Darrell of Enid; brother, Roger Rowsey and wife Cheryl of Allen; a sister-in-law, Janis Rowsey of Ada; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Kelly Tate; and a brother, Byron Rowsey.

Bearers will be Terry Olivo, Dustin Hansen, Derek Rowsey, Grant Rowsey, Cameron Tate, Cory Guthrie and Tim Williams. Honorary bearers will be John Pittsenbarger, H. C. Spain, Dwain Tate, Louis Rowsey, Charles Cannon and the Men of the Allen Church of Christ.
