Services for Vickie Vernell Blankenship, 64, of Allen, are 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Church of God of Prophecy in Allen, Rev. Ed. Rutherford will officiate. Burial will follow at the Allen Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the Allen Chapel from 4:00 p.m. Wednesday until service time.
Ms. Blankenship passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at an Ardmore hospital. She was born December 19, 1951 in Ada to L. C. and Wanda Raney Blankenship. She attended Allen schools and graduated from Allen High School.
Survivors include a son, Kelly Blankenship of Allen; her parents, L. C. and Wanda Blankenship of Allen; one brother, Terry Blankenship and his wife Cindee, Wilburton; a niece, Rachel Conley; and a nephew, Benton Conley.
Bearers will be Dusty Henderson, Judd Henderson, Gary Cooley, Dale Johnson, Darrell Boyd and Ed McKerly.
