Reba Robertson, from McAlester, passed from this earth to be reunited with her children and her husband on December 30, 2019 at McAlester Regional Health Center. Reba was born in Oklahoma City and spent her childhood there. She met the love of her life and they settled on McAlester to make their new home and raise their family. Reba worked as a seamstress, and retired after 30 years from Komar. Reba loved spending time with her family, watching her grandkids' and great-grandkids' sporting activities, fishing, and bingo. Her favorite thing to do with her kids was to go to the casino and play the penny machines! She also enjoyed going to the horse races. She is preceded in death by her parents: Elmo Gill and Wanda Cline, her husband: James Robertson, daughters: Debbie Williams and Sandy Williams, son: James Robertson, brothers: Barry Gill and Davey Gill, and sister: Karen Sanchez. She is survived by her siblings: Eldin Gill, Domani Lynn Gill, Patti Gill, Darrell Gill, and Anette Gill; grandchildren: James Jeffrey and spouse, Amber of McAlester, Jimmy Williams and spouse, Ashley of McAlester, Gary Boggess of Oklahoma City, Brandon Boggess of Oklahoma City, Vanessa Williams of Oklahoma City, Randy Patterson and spouse, Emily of Savanna, Jacob Patterson of McAlester, and Chaneay Bell of McAlester; daughter-in-law: Brenda Robertson; and great-grandchildren: Kaila, Jimmy, and Justin of McAlester, Quinton of Oklahoma City, Trenton, Myah, and River, all from McAlester. Reba was a wonderful Mom, Nanny, and friend to all. She was the most selfless person there was. She always put the needs of her family first above all, and we will miss her dearly. No memorial service is set at this time. She will be laid to rest at Tannehill Cemetery by her husband and daughters at a later date.
