Ollie Rae Shull, 92, of Norman, formerly of Savanna, passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Norman, Oklahoma. Family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home in McAlester. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Brumley-Mills Chapel with Chaplain Michael Batdorf officiating. Burial will follow at Savanna Cemetery. Ollie was born on August 14, 1928 in Chockie, Oklahoma to Henry Bertie and Louisa (Pollock) Ivey. She married Marvin Shull on May 7, 1952 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She prided herself in being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her major focus was always family. She loved cooking, sewing, gardening, watching all kinds of wildlife, fishing, rock collecting but most of all playing with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Harolyn and Gene Howard, Susie Councill, Joyce and Gerald Divelbiss; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Rodney Shull, Jerry and Karla Shull; daughter-in-law, Debbie Shull; fourteen grandchildren, Jason Shull, Marc Shull, James Howard, Rose Lamont, Tobey Shull, Jonathon Shull, Jennifer DeWitt, Rebekah Councill, Jeremiah Divelbiss, Evelyn Allen, Elizabeth Neff, Zachary Councill, Anthony Pierson, Christopher Pierson and Aaron Councill; 32 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters, Willene Karr and Madie Faye Puffinbarger; brother, Otis Ivey; a brother-in-law, Henry Shull; and numerous nieces and nephews. 22 She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin Shull; son, Gary Shull; brother, Milton Ivey; sisters, Lola McClevinus and Betty Jo Blevins; son-in-law, Allan Councill.
