Betty "Gran" Lowe was born on April 10, 1954 in Atoka to Delmer and Vennie (Scott) Waddle. She moved to Savanna with her family when she was in the eighth grade and four years later graduated from Savanna High School. Betty was married to Mike Graham who preceded her in death and later in life she married John Lowe who survives her. Betty worked at Frink-Chambers School for over 20 years as a teacher’s aide, a library assistant, substitute teacher, or anything the school needed her to do; and she did it all out of her love for the children. She liked to crochet but most of all loved watching her grandsons play ball. She was also a devoted member of the Frink Baptist Church. Betty is survived by her husband, John Lowe; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Chris Hackler and Alicia and Chris Dorsey; grandchildren, Amanda Glover and Derrick, Team Hackler and Carter Hackler; great grandchildren, Cort and Colt Glover; and a brother and sister-in-law, James and Ann Waddle. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Mike Graham; a daughter, Cindy Graham; her parents; and her parents-in-law, Eunice and James Lowe.
