Mary Jaquita Henderson, 70, of Krebs, died Saturday, February 28, 2015 at McAlester Regional Medical Center. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 9 at Savanna Cemetery with Rev. Keith Kinnamon officiating. Service arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service. Mary was born May 24, 1944 in Phoenix, Arizona. She also lived in California before moving to the McAlester area. Mary was united in marriage to Fred Henderson on March 17, 1981. He preceded her in death in January of 2011. Mary enjoyed crocheting, working needlepoint, and word searches. She also loved playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, reading her Bible, and going to church. She is survived by her daughter: Mary Cartlidge and husband, John of Krebs; grandchildren: Christopher Cartlidge and wife, Kirstie of Krebs, Randy Cartlidge and wife, Sarah of Taft; sister: Margaret Eley of Tahlequah; great-grandchildren: Violet Porter, Gabriel Cartlidge, Kayden Brown, Zena Brown, Christina Cartlidge, Renee Cartlidge, Gabriella Cartlidge, Mackenzie Cartlidge, Christopher Cartlidge, Jr, Ava Cartlidge, Alex Cartlidge; niece: Linda Grimes of McAlester, special niece: Sammy Jo Fannin of Florida; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Samuel A. Forlines and Edna R. (Ward) Forlines, her husband: Fred Henderson in January 2011, grandson: Johnny Lee Cartlidge, sister: Donna Brand, and brother: Roy Forlines. Pallbearers will be Josh Lucas, Robert Lucas, Jason Lucas, Matt Lucas, Art Wilder, and Nick Medlin.
