Tammy Rennee (Lott) Johnson, 46, of McAlester, died Thursday, July 2, 2015 at her residence. The family will receive visitors from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Bishop Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 6 at Kings House, 124 V. Hubert Smith Dr. in McAlester with Rev. Terry Moore and Rev. Charles Kerley officiating. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Service arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service. Tammy was born to Roy Virgil and Judy Lynn (Bell) Lott on August 30, 1968 in McAlester. She graduated from Indianola High School in 1986 and graduated from OSU Technical School at Okmulgee. Tammy married Russell Johnson on December 7, 1990 in Ulan. She had worked at Briggs Printing and worked as a teaching assistant for 10 years at Tannehill School. She also worked as a teaching assistant at William Gay Elementary School in McAlester. She enjoyed watching her grandbabies for a couple of years and enjoyed camping and being outdoors. Tammy was a member of The Kings House. She is survived by her husband: Russell Johnson of the home; son, Justin Johnson and wife, Tanya of McAlester; daughters: Sarah Johnson and fiancee, Tyler James of the home, Rachel Johnson of the home; grandchildren: Memphis, Lincoln, and Marshall, all of McAlester; father: Roy Lott of Scipio; brothers: Virgil Lott and wife, Gina of Krebs, Robert Lott and wife, Julie of Mustang, Dean Lott and wife, Jenelle of Tecumseh, Kansas; sisters: Donna Martin of McAlester, Karen Taylor and husband, Raymond of Scipio, Tanya Johnson and husband, Jeremy of McAlester. Also, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Junior and Nina Johnson of McAlester; sister-in-law: Tammy Butler and husband, Mike of McAlester; brother-in-law: Terry Johnson and wife, Brenda of McAlester; close cousin: Connie Champion; special friends: Les, Valerie, and Skye Cashmere; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother: Judy Lott. Pallbearers will be Raymond Taylor, Jeremy Johnson, Tyler James, Dale Motley, Keith Davis, and Les Cashmere. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Pratt, Terry Johnson, Wade Lott, Chip Lott, and Danny McAfee.
