Mary Raylene Luke, 58 of McAlester died Thursday, August 29, 2024 in McAlester. Viewing will be 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory. A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at North Town Cemetery officiated by Rev. Michael Kane. Burial will follow. Pallbearers will be, Rueben Enriquez, Steven Holmes, Justin Smith, David Luke, Matt Gillinger and Kent Colley. Mary was born to Raymond Gene and Evelyn (Haynie) Talley in San Manuel, Arizona on January 4, 1966. Mary grew up and completed her education in the Safford and Pierce, Arizona area, and attended high school at Valley Union High School in Dl Frida, Arizona.. She worked as a caregiver in nursing homes. She had also worked at the Circle B Ranch in Wilcox, Arizona. Mary enjoyed reading romance novels, completing puzzles and watching television. Her favorite TV show was Chicago Med. She was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Gene and Evelyn Talley. Survivors include her partner, Rueben Enriquez of the home; daughters, Rebecca Golden of Stuart, Rachel Martinez of Oaks, Nicole Gillinger of Bunch, Kristina Luke, Sarah Enriquez both of McAlester; numerous grandchildren; sister, Carlene Henneger of Safford, Arizona; first husband, David Luke; niece, Patricia Ruiz of Corsicana, Texas; her life long best friends, Lisa Dorward of Tucson, Arizona; other nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
