Tina Kay Gibson, 48, of Holdenville, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at McAlester Regional Health Center. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at the Bishop Chapel of Memories in McAlester. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 1, 2021 at North Town Cemetery. Burial will follow. Pallbearers will be Jack Gibson, Keaton Smith, Dakota McElroy, Tim Harrington, Randy Cole, and Todd Scott. Honorary pallbearers will be Scott Haws, Jordan Aumiller, and Peyton Adamo. Tina was born on April 5, 1973 in McAlester. She attended McAlester Public Schools. She married Jack Gibson on November 18, 1995. She loved watching OU football and listening to all kinds of music. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, and especially her grandbabies. Tina is preceded in death by her parents: Johnny and Debra (Bird) Smith, her sister: Darlene Hall, her brother: Dewayne Smith, her maternal grandparents: Charles and Beulah Wiysel, her aunt: Brenda Haws, and her cousin: David Bird. She is survived by her husband: Jack Gibson of Holdenville; her daughter: Aubri Aumiller and husband, Jordan; her sons: Keaton Smith, and Dakota McElroy and wife, Jackie, all of McAlester; her grandchildren: Stevie Smith, Maddie, Abbie, Kinzlyn McElroy, Brantley McElroy, Axll Aumiller, and Arraha Aumiller; her sister: Trevia Scott and husband, Todd of Newcastle; her brothers: Johnny Smith and wife, Elaina of Tulsa, and Carl Smith of Oklahoma City; nieces and nephews: Brittany Cole of Sapulpa, Michaela Fox of Newcastle, Luke Martin of Newcastle, Taylor Smith of Oklahoma City, Stephanie Thompson of McAlester, Stacy Smith of California, and Lindy Bailey of Georgia; her friend: Pam Nirchel of Savanna; and other family and friends.
