Robert G. Frederick, Jr. of Stuart, Oklahoma passed away Friday, August 18, 2023. A Rosary will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Bishop Funeral Service & Crematory. A graveside funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 25, 2023 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in McAlester with Very Rev. Jovita Okonkwo officiating. Robert was born to Robert Sr, and Janet Frederick on June 11, 1964 in Greenwich, Connecticut. Robert graduated high school in Greenwich, Connecticut. Following his academic pursuits, Robert joined the Army. After serving honorably, Robert leveraged his deep-rooted work ethic into a successful career as a Plumber, garnering respect and longevity in the field. On a personal count, Robert was a simple man with simple pleasures. He was an avid golfer, fisher, and bow hunter. He also had a profound love for gardening, cultivating an impressive home garden, and creating a green oasis of tranquility. Yet his greatest joy was his faithful dog, Boots, who was a beloved companion. Robert Jr's life was marked by steadfast dedication to work, love for the simple things. His memory will continue to inspire and live within the hearts of all who knew him. He is survived by his parents: Bob and Janet Frederick of Stuart; his daughter, Breanna Frederick of Henryetta; his granddaughter, Aubrey; his brother, Sean Frederick of Stuart; his nieces and nephews: Devin Frederick, Robert Dillion Frederick, Taylor Frederick; numerous other family members and friends. Robert is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Augustus and Una (McDonugh) Frederick, maternal grandparents: Pauline (McCary) and Archie Taylor; brother, Thomas Frederick in 2007, sister: Teressa Frederick in 1962.
