Sharon Faye (Clark) Jones, "Sha" 76 of McAlester died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 24, 2023 in Tulsa. The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 28, 2023 at Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Bishop Chapel of Memories officiated by Rev. Scott Logan. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Jason Jones, Colton Sepeda, Caleb Jones, Rob Brewster, Dennis Aldridge and Tom Aldridge. Sharon was born to Dowe Littleton and Annie Ruth (Stone) Clark on January 9, 1947 in Childress, Texas. She grew up in Loop, Texas and graduated from Loop High School in 1965. Sharon married Charles J. Jones on June 28, 1969 in Wickett, Texas. Sharon and Charles had a loving and caring relationship and he preceded her in death in 1999. Sharon worked as a manager for small loan companies in McAlester for several years. She volunteered for McAlester Regional Health Care Center, working in the gift shop. Her four grandchildren and great grandson were the pride and joy of her life and she loved to spend time with them and her family. She enjoyed being outdoors, especially camping and fishing. Sharon looked forward to her annual trips with her sisters. Sharon was a kind and gentle person with the most beautiful blue eyes who was loved by many and she will be missed, but not forgotten. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dowe and Ruth Clark; husband, Charles J. Jones; brother, Harley Clark; sisters, Nell Parker and Mae Bottoms. Sharon is survived by her son, Charles Jason Jones of Krebs; daughter, Kimberly Brewster and husband, Rob of McAlester; grandchildren, Colton Sepeda and Katie Romine, Charlie Jones, Alora Jones, Caleb Jones; great grandson, James Sepeda; sister, Gerry Aldridge and husband, Dennis; brother-in-law, Sterling Parker; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
